I am working in the field of thermal characterization of materials and packages with main focus on transient thermal techniques. Characterizing power electronic modules and newly innovated packages to define their thermal models.

Responsibilities: - Performing power cycling test on power diodes, BJTs and MOSFETs. - Updating and improving LabVIEW control program to control power cycling test. - Creating stand-alone applications for data analysis to save time and manual effort. - Thermal analysis of semiconductor modules during power cycling test.

Project and Master thesis work on the topic "Power cycling test on power modules". Main focus was on to develop LabVIEW program to control power cycling test. To constantly update the LabVIEW program according to test requirements. Thermal analysis of tested power modules.

Java code developer and code analyst. Developing functionalities according to client needs on JAVA platform..

Reliability of micro and nano systems, Microsystem design (MEMS, ANSYS), Semiconductor Physics, VHDL, Automotive sensor systems, Power semiconductor, Chip fabrication technologies, Materials in micro systems.
