Worked on Siebel CRM Tool and was involved in the Rollout of Siebel CRM for all the India Users ( Appr. 400 Users). Handled a team of 2 during Siebel CRM Project Solely handled the Rollout twice for Siebel CRM throughout India. Technical support to all the users across India Main task involved – User Management Creation of Database Files Troubleshooting Siebel CRM issues.

Worked on Peregrine Ticketing tool with the Call and Incident Management. Extracting Different kind of reports from the backend tool of Peregrine (SDMS) Service Delivery Management System for the US clients. Worked on creating different Management report.
