Qasim Ali

I am an upcoming artist and currently working on my debut single - coming out shortly. My vocal coach is the known German singer Kate Hall and my producer is the known ex US 5 (boyband) singer Jay Khan.

My duties and roles at WOW Productions where the same as SensAsian Media. From my experience the entertainment industry is very generic hence the experience and knowledge gained form each place is somewhat common. I was responsible for Kylie Minogue bash in Berlin and Frankfurt.

I successfully organised Bollywood shows around Europe. These shows were held with Bollywood celebrities giving their fans the opportunity to spend an exclusive evening with the stars. This involved a lot of preparation work, including drafting up contracts with celebrity’s management and also organising venues. The main bulk of the work was in promoting the events; contacting TV and radio stations with advertisement promos, designing and printing leaflets.

I worked in a Travel agency by the name “Piccadilly Reisebüro”. This helped me to gain experience in negotiating with airlines, tour operators and various cruise companies. The priority of running this company was to provide customers with the lowest possible fares for travel, aiming to exceed the customers expectations at all times; including organising customer car rental and routes to their designated accommodation via car, train and bus. I was also responsible for training new employees.

My main duties were to give financial advice to customers on investing their money and also when opening new accounts or transferring money from existing accounts to new accounts to maximize customer benefits.

I worked in a supermarket named “toom Markt”, assisting consumers with their shopping. A large part of my role was to operate the cash register, including handling large amounts of money and ‘cashing up’ at the end of the day.
