In charge of all general administration for the NATO Partnership for Peace Trust Fund in Belgrade project office. Responsible for four different instruments within the Programme, including both institutional building and business activities. Administered development and implementation of more then 400 separate business development projects. Commissioned formal research, introduced procedures and business systems, hired new staff, transformed the corporate image. Developed and rolled-out the marketing plan, including new product development and launch programmes that will allow Intermedia to evolve from a product-driven company to a market led provider of software solutions and services.

Participated in all phases of project acquisition and management in the field of technical assistance for economic development and public administration reform. Provided support in drafting technical and financial proposals for invitations to tender (EuropeAid, WB, UNDP, EBRD). Developed new project opportunities. Implemented day-to-day project management and accounting.

Development of the Feasibility studies for Business Incubators in Vojvodina (Towns of Novi Sad and Zrenjanin).

Worked with 12 municipalities in north Montenegro region on the following projects: “Community Revitalization through Democratic Action / Economy (CRDA)” together with the Urban Institute on "Capacity building for Local governance - Municipal Development and Decentralization" project.

Designing and delivering proposals for the projects in the area of international cooperation and institutional support for the National Agency for SME Development.

Supported the setting-up and operation of the Euro Info Correspondence Centre information and support office for small and medium size enterprises in Montenegro.

• Assisted directly and practically SMEs and entrepreneurs in the design and implementation of business development policies; • feasibility studies (new investments; new export markets); • assessed needs of enterprises in terme of assistance required from the project, and interfaced with Delaware University in search for support international expert; • responsible for Management Training and Economics Education Program (MTEEP)

Overseeing the Roma IDPs camp in Konik (Podgorica): settling the camp and providing first emergency relief (namely food and NF items, shelter and establishing first community services network through an active participation of beneficiaries) in strict coordination with the other humanitarian actors involved in particular UNHCR, UNICEF and MSF H. In the second phase of INTERSOS intervention in the Konik Camp I was fully involved in different aspects of the project cycle.
