Responsible for Corporate IT with focus on Infrastructure at global level for HOERBIGER group. Managing a unit responsible for end user workstations, local and wide area network, datacenters, IT Security with about 55 people responsible for 140+ locations in 60 countries.

Responsible for technical services and consulting practice in Central and Eastern Europe. The mission is to sell and deliver IT consulting services and to provide thought leadership for the service lines workplace services, cloud services and cross service line services.

Responsible for optimizing IT Infrastructure and Organization of International customers with the target t improve service, reduce cost and to improve business resiliance.

Responsible for DVS solutions for the full lifecycle from pre sales, e.g. requirement definition, consulting to the end of the lifecycle, e.g. service delivery and support. Assigned as IT Architect to Central and Eastern Europe at the beginning the success was realized by global management that I moved into a worldwide role.

P1: Took over the role as global project manager for an international software development project with a budget of around 4m$ P2: Member of the lead architecture team for a transition project of a huge outsourcing customer with 65.000 employees and an IT staff of about 500 people P3: Assigned as IT Architect and Subject Matter Expert for End User Services. The executive sponsored mission was to create a Reference Architecture with a full Lifecycle approach

Led a team of ten dedicated and twenty virtual members. Acted in the roles of IT Architect, Team leader, Project Manager and Resource Manager.
