FineMan Consulting happens to be my first entrepreneurial innings. Overall management, functionally heading the Executive search vertical of the organization. We have executed many Executive search & other HR assignments for our valued clients across the country/industries verticals. We were a 1 stop shop for various HR services like Placement & staffing services(all level), Training & development, Psychometric testing, Payroll, HR outsourcing, temp staffing, security etc through a dedicated team of 40+.

Joined at the conceptual stage to its formation & inception. I had been a part of infrastructure development, branding, team building, alliances/tie-ups, business acquisitions, deliveries & collections. Apart from establishing the organization, my major contribution was to set-up overseas offices & operations.

Started & managed the IT vertical of the enterprise including business development & delivery.

Started from the scratch & left as a profit center head. Activities involved were manpower export in the IT segment, domestic placement & search assignments.

Looking after operations of Import & export of woolen carpets, handicrafts, wooden doors etc.
