Established techniques such as Primary Mice culture/STEM cell culture, Chromatin Immunoprecipitation followed by quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction in the lab. Planned the whole project and executed the project with additional techniques such as -Immunocytochemistry and microscopic acquisition of samples, Plasmid design and siRNA transfectionof cultures, Multielectrode neuronal measurements and its further analysis, Western blotting, followed by Statistical analysis of big data.

Worked with principal investigators to coordinate qualitative research in the area of Epigenetics and pain perception. Executed research techniques during the project are as follows: In-vivo - Using Mice as a model organism - Primary cell culture, perfusion, dissection, cryostat sectioning, CFA injection and surgery. In- vitro - Adeno/ Lentivirus production and testing and Immunohistochemistry.

Hands-on-training in- Practical Microbiology- Essential methods for maintaining, preparing and using Bacterial cultures, Biochemistry and Chromatography. Learned new laboratory techniques and applied expertise in carrying out enhanced experiments under supervision of senior lab members.
