Analysed planning- and steering as well as production processes and bottlenecks, defined and implemented measures for greater transparency, quick output increase as well as for improved yield and delivery liability. Planned and successfully conducted workshops and team projects. Managed the global operations in Switzerland, Shanghai, San José, Stolberg. Change Management in times of extraordinary growth, developed the organization towards industrial processes, lean production and operational excellence. Special focus on scrap reduction with the key product (vacuum capacitors), as well as on the introduction of automized production processes. Successfully designed and implemented a sustainable, global Cost Down-Process.

Planned and executed comprising global cost down project before company IPO in April 2016; 7% overall cost red achieved, P&L effective in current year! Increased own VAT production capacity during tremendous growth of demand from January 2017: supplier base expansion, comprehensive outsourcing extremely short term - despite "copy exact" CE! processes. Professionalized global procurement organization, drafted new business processes.

Managed the entire operational wind farm construction, including all technical packages, offshore reps, QA/QC, construction planning, technical project coordination. Re-organized the operational project management structures during a financial crisis, introduced and implemented a project management and project control system, and brought the project back on track. Deputized and supported the company MD towards shareholders. Completed the construction in time.

Managed entire offshore construction team and onshore personnel, approx. 300 staff total. Re-organized operations, introduced professional management structures.

Managed all fabrication-, assembly and maintenance departments of the plant as well as prototype construction with approx. 250 employees. Re-organized processes and raised productivity level prior to carve-out of the company unit

Composed a strategic supply management organisation in Kuala Lumpur. Built up an asian supplier network (China, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapur) for the supply of parts, components and electro-mechanical modules. Supported the production transfer of highly complex semiconductor machinery from Europe to Asia

Successfully managed and executed ambitious restructuring project before and during carve-out of the Wind Systems unit. Managed operations unit with approx.150 people. Objectives met respectively overfulfilled: Inventory (-30%) and troughput times (-25%) vastly reduced, productivity (+30%) increased. After restructuring, company was successfully sold to EMERSON ELECTRIC Co.
