System Engineer by heart and Project Manager by profession. I aim to step out of the problem to understand the scenarios, key-players, needs and wishes. Then I step into the challenge, breaking it down into meaningful chunks that can be planned and re-iterated over time to finish the challenge. Throughout the process I intend to keep the key-player, both internal and external in focus. Thereby ensuring that efficient communication and developments are achieved seamlessly. I always believe that I am as good as the challenge. I think, the best way for growth is to contribute to a collective cause by being an integral part of THE team. My personal motto: Play the infinite game. The point of the game is not to be outstanding! The point of the game is to be successful, and to be successful consistently.     Control of the Temperature of Infrared Sensors by using a Peltier Element: This project is designed to build a controller to control the temperature of substrate. The project is based on an Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller as the main control unit with control algorithm running inside. The Substrate is cooled by a Peltier Plate. A temperature sensor (LM35) is used as the temperature detection device which sends feedback to the microcontroller regarding current temperature.
