Executive Management Project "Harmonization and Standardization of Tools and Processes" for a global standard project reporting. Results: standardization of terminologies and methods in engineering for feature status, project KPIs and product KPIs. Comparability of project health for easier top-management intervention leading to time-savings and better internal communication in a new created tool called "ProPeR" (Project Performance Report).

Creation of a "single source of thruth" for project and product data. A central database managing documents, licenses, mechanical and electrical materials, configurations and various complex electronic processes such as: release and change management. Access rights management for internal and external ressources on various levels, version control and baselines for more than 3500 users.

Managing the final map-data, device and navigation software for all customers globally to be distributed on all kinds of media such as SD, DVD, CD, HDD for the use in the car. Working with Sonopress to create and print the media. Quality control of data files, print data, print and media samples. Timely delivery and last-minute changes with direct contact to the OEM were the challenges.
