Installed a Gas conditioning Tower on 650 Ton/day Kiln [euro 0.97M] Achievement: - controls temperature to the filter, reduce dust emission and filter maintenance cost. Managed all CAPEX projects at Hima Cement including the Plant Fire suppression system [euro 1.9M] Achievement:- Reduced Plant Insurance premiums and better preparedness in the event of fire

Shell change totaling 30.75 metres with a new outlet section on a 1965 Ton/day Kiln [euro 1.0M] Achievement:- Improved Kiln reliability and increased refractorReplacement of a cracked Tyre / shell at station 1 on a 1300 Ton/day Kiln [euro 0.7M] Achievement:- Improved reliability and renewed tyre life RK1 Cooler replacement / Kiln Hood / Burner pipe, site manager [euro 5.4M] Achievement:- Improved reliability +6% (92 - 98%) and performance +20 ton/hr (70 - 90 Ton/hr)

 Involved in set up of the Methods department  Responsible for the planning/scheduling of weekly maintenance activities and shutdown planning (resource/contracting, tools/ equipments, spare parts sourcing/quality approvals, cost control MCI and participate in the PIP)  Working closely with section foremen, first level/specific inspectors, production, process departments and TCEA  Advanced Downtime Analysis Programme – ADAP champion

Responsible to the senior maintenance engineer for implementing planned and condition monitoring maintenance of electrical equipments in the burning section including the electrical rooms. Isolators,CB,SF6 switchgears and transformers [11KV,3.3KV,415V,220V,48V,24V].Diesel generators 500KVA

Assigned to work in various operational areas reporting to the plant electrical engineer (crusher 4, Crusher 5, Pre blending hall, Tertiary Material hall, Raw mill 4, Raw mill 5, Raw meal Blending silos, Rotary Kiln 1, Rotary Kiln 2, Shaft Kilns, Crane Hall, Cement mill 1 - 4,Packing plant 1 – 3, outer stations Mbaraki and English point

Undertook a graduate training programme of 18 month duration and submission of suitable experience in lieu of training, in accordance with IEE (UK) regulations[Bye law 12C]
