Benchmarked UCB Immunology MSL performance and setting up of metrics. Devised and implemented medical strategy and training initiatives through active collaboration with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Operational Excellence and other European and global functions working in a matric structure. Key achievements included: • Established and implemented MSL metrics documenting MSL activity value. • Ensured implementation of Medical Affairs strategy in Europe creating synergies.

Head of the German UCB Immunology Medical Affairs department (9 FTE) responsible for all Medical Affairs activities in a cross functional setting. Localized and implemented Medical Affairs strategy for Immunology in Germany. Prepared and maintained budget and supported during the launch of a new indication. • Created and executed the medical and scientific strategy for both current and future indications

Medical lead RLS and Parkinsons disease heading the German CNS MSL team (6 MSLs). Built and sustained professional relationships with health care professionals. Administered Medical Affairs CNS budget and allocated resources accordingly. Key achievements included: • Designed, executed, reviewed and published non-interventional studies. • Achieved SmPC wording change relevant for Market Access by cross functional collaboration. • Launching of a new treatment for Restless legs syndrome.
