Created the financial models and hired the initial team. Then handed over all operational responsibilities to the newly hired CEO.

Exsila is Switzerland's largest swapping platform. Over 100,000 members swap their books, dvds, clothes or toys. Exsila uses virtual coins called "Exsila points" as a swapping currency. During my tenure, I've led the creation of the Exsila mobile apps and significantly increased revenues, while focusing our resources on our core strengths.

Reinventing Digital Advertising – Teads, founded in 2011, is the inventor of native video advertising and the leading Outstream Video Ad Exchange. Publishers work with Teads to create brand new Outstream video inventory, monetizing it through programmatic buying, their own sales force, or third parties including Teads Demand. Acquired by Altice in 2017.

Pioneered Social Media Marketing in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. We were the first company that focused on Influencer Marketing in DACH area, partnering with 10.000+ bloggers: We called it Blog Marketing, and our main product was Sponsored Posts. Acquired by Ebuzzing in 2011.
