I have over 11 years of experience in a human-centered design in IT and digital companies. Starting as a UX/UI designer, I have grown into a CX improvement Lead, which has given me the advantage of looking at the user experience from different perspectives. With extensive experience in both corporations and startups, I know how to adapt the customer experience improvement strategy to the market, achieving and maintaining PMF (Product-Market Fit). In my free time, I prefer to share my knowledge and conduct lectures / workshops on Design Thinking for University Students and Experienced Professionals in major companies. I have written several articles on Medium on topics such as ‘User Journey Map’ and ‘Discovery process improvement’.
