Responsible for the restructuring of the Orthofix Spine/Blackstone Medical Inc. marketing function. Development and coordination of the organisational 5 Year Strategic Plan.

Full profit and loss and leadership responsibility for all Group Business Units and regional markets including Japan and China. Development of an organisational “turn around” strategy to fully restructure the sales, marketing, distribution and operational functions within the region. Demonstrated a sales increase of 15%.
