Robert J. Blomme is Dean Degree Programmes and Faculty, and a Full (Tenured) Professor and the Chair of Organization Behaviour at Nyenrode Business Universiteit (NL). He is also Full Professor Management and Organization at the Faculty for Management, Science and Technology at the Open Universiteit (NL). Robert Jan works also as an independent interim manager, management consultant, trainer and coach. During the last 15 years he conducted several change and consultancy projects in a variety of industries. Recipient of awards and research grants, he published many academic books and peer-reviewed articles in highly acclaimed journals. Also he has published a diversity of book chapters, management articles and conference proceedings. Besides that, Rob serves as an (associate) editor and reviewer for the international academic community.
