Supply chain, business management, product development and customer services and are all areas in which I have experience. I continuously challenge status quo in order to find new ways to make businesses excel in performance. I enjoy the dynamics of working both with board room presentations and hands-on shop floor workshops. To create something out of nothing and to build lean and highly motivated teams in a global operation also gives me energy. My key strength is to identify critical success factors in a complex business operation. I have a strong focus on customer needs while keeping both long-term strategies and short-term business gains in play.
