Responsible for IT development for the Swiss Securities Lending desk (2-6 developers) vs the local trading desks (prioritisation & business analysis). Project and resource management. IT representative during marketing and implementation of the KeyLend product with external clients.

Lead business analyst and developer for the new pool lending application in the global CMI program. Creation of business specifications and flows. Functional design and documentation (RUP). Development of the allocation component UAT and Release Management. Coaching of junior developers (business logic, application architecture, OO design and Java development).
