Role Involved: • Selection of Driver for DC and BLDC Motors. • Reverse Engineering of the circuits. • Simulation using LTspice, Design calculation, datasheet analysis, design trade-offs, and DFM • BOM preparation for critical components. • Making the Schematic using DDM and EDM in the Mentor Graphic tool. • Power Budgeting of the circuit and Thermal Analysis. • Fault finding and debugging

Role Involved: • Preparation of the Hardware Architecture. • Making the Schematic using Mentor graphic tool. • Finding the alternative for electronic components like BJT, MOSFET, Op-amp, Regulator, Microcontrollers, Resistor, Capacitors, LED, and Inductors using component specifications like Operating temperature, PPM, Package, Operating Temperature, ESR, RoHS, and REACH Compliance. • Studying the design documents and suggesting changes as per the customer's requirement.

Role Involved: • Requirement capture. Selection of components by calculating all electrical, mechanical, and environmental parameters. • Preparing the Hardware Architecture. • Designing schematic of circuits in OrCAD using PIC controller, LDO, and WIFI module. • Coordinating with the PCB designer for finalizing PCB Layout and Gerber using Altium or allegro for verification. • Making test cases for the hardware and software for developed circuits and testing them.
