Responsible of the Innovation process and the on-time launch of products according to the annual plan. That includes prototypes, packaging design, supplier’s tests, industrial tests in the Tissue plant and final report for Production and Commercial areas. In terms of Process Development, the main aim was the reduction of Energy consumption and Costs, suppliers development and continuous improvement.

In this position my task was to analyze and report to the Production Manager all the KPI’s of the production line by using business intelligence software (ERP). After 6 months of these analyses, I had the understanding of the main deficiencies and I was able to move to field work.
