I train the children in learning the English language using Immersion Method. Provide a variety of materials and resources for children to use, encouraging them to explore learning opportunities and to continue with challenging tasks. Organize activities that promote physical, mental and social development such as Sports, games, arts and crafts, music and storytelling. Meet with parents to discuss their children’s progress.

Responsible for producing documents such as sales and purchase invoices, quotations, letter of credit, reports and presentations related to supplier and clients’ accounts. Encoding of sales vouchers and preparation of monthly sales reports. Liaison with clients and suppliers regarding purchase & work orders.

Prepares Cash Flow and Financial Statements. Reconciles monthly bank statements and monthly accounts receivables. Prepares employees’ salaries & wages, annual leave pays and gratuities. Maintaining diaries and organize Company MD travel bookings and accommodations, itineraries and meetings. Taking notes and transcribes minutes of the meeting and provide general assistance during presentation
