As a Scrum Master, I was entrusted with the job to start a new Scrum Team to support the product development in this start-up product environment and adopt Scrum. As a Scrum Master, I was also responsible for bringing in the Scrum knowledge to the team; helping the development team understand the purpose and need of events; quality software delivery and XP practices. As a PHP/JAVA/UI Architect, I was also responsible for working as a part of development team and delivering quality software.
