- Collect and integrate inputs across ME-A sub-regions to develop distinctive product plans - Own the product planning process working with Customer Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Engineering - Manage product/services life cycles, profitability, demand planning, new product/services development ideas - Promote strong market orientation and influence overall strategy formulation - Lead innovation activities related to the development of profitable new products

- Support localization projects (NPI) with most appropriate supplier and product family under targeted sourcing and sales price level - Working together with Sales Team, identify and clarify customer expectations and project specific requirements for local manufactured buy-to-sell products and promote it to decision makers - Develop pricing strategies especially for key-customers or large-scaled residential construction projects - Designer visits for complete Fluid Controls portfolio introduction

New American Embassy Compound Construction (Bosnia, Burundi, Eq. Guinea) - Supervise site works as follow; HVAC, plumbing, potable/waste water treatment, Fire supression, fuel storage and distribution, swimming pool, irrigation - Recruit Turkish and local workers - Track progress in daily basis - Forecast mechanical works manpower budget - Forecast mechanical works material budget - Commissioning of mechanical equipments
