Adding to the weekly teaching, I organize club meetings and once a week a language exchange (German-Finnish) evening with the Finnish exchange students in Greifswald. My responsibilities: - Co-teaching and occasionally leading lessons. - Modifying and adapting for individual differences among the students. - Assisting small groups of students, preparing materials, and other teaching-related duties. - Organising and delivering independently club activities for the Fennistic students.

During my employment, I often exceeded personal sale goals. I had positive customer experiment reviews and was well known for my pedantic approach to the aesthetics of the stores. My responsibilities included: - Excellent customer service and knowledge of the products and services. - Needlework, such as shortening and hemming. - Contributing to my own and the team's sale's goals. - Pushing out campaigns. - Other store tasks such as money transaction, shelving, inventory and security checks.

I participated in Hong Kong's International Education Expo as a presenter. Based on the HKIE, I wrote a comprehensive report of Hong Kong's education system. My responsibilities: - Bulletins of Hong Kong's news. - The Consulate's online content. - Participating in the EU's Culture Committee's projects. - Communication with the external stakeholders. - Delivering material for speeches, interviews and shootings.

I published an interview article both in Finnish and English for the use of the City of Turku and TUAS in their student targeted webpages. I also wrote online content for TUAS's intranet. My responsibilities: - Content creating for both internal and external use. - Reviewing a press conference about artificial intelligence. - Assisting in the department meetings in the communication and marketing sectors. - Photographing and editing.

During my employment, I got positive peer and customer reviews of my customer service skills, use of up to date databases, adequate information and desirable call lengths. I had an excellent knowledge of our services available. Accordingly, I had a better than average rate of additional sales. My responsibilities included - Excellent customer service and knowledge of the services. - Providing correct and adequate information for the customer. - In-take reclamations and complaints.
