Supporting Nemak`’s transformation process form an HR perspective in a rapidly changing automotive environment, where new concepts of mobility and technological development shake up our industry. Together with my team we challenge traditional HR concepts and continuously look for new ways to do things to support our people, our organization, and eventually to excel the demands of our customers.
