Experience Summary
6 years of experience in Business Development (from International Market), Business Process Management and Account Management coupled together to support roles of increasing responsibilities.

Presently, I am working with Yash Technologies to generate business from Europe Market around MS Technologies and SAP Development Services.

In Decos Software, I was working on European Market (Germany, Sweden and The Netherlands) for generating leads and closing business, for over 3 years. Initially I helped Decos in establishing and stabilizing their Open Source Development team.

Earlier, when working for CSSAGlobal (renamed as Agile Technosys), my primary role was to bring in new business (primarily from US and Australia) and the secondary role included business analysis, project management and delivery management activities. I was the key player in taking the team from 6 developers to 100 Techies in just 20 months. Excellent performance earned me 3 appraisals in 15 months.
