With more than 6years in clinical case management, was able to build a strong relationship between the patient (client)/family and the care team and succeeded in fostering successful discharges with continuous follow-ups. Lead the change project of clinical documentation and then its transformation into electronic clinical documentation. During the Pandemic of Covid-19, was nominated to lead one treatment and isolation center with a capacity of 97 Beds along with 120 employees. As Empathy is a key component of Patient Centered Care (PCC), was certified by Planetree. Also, lead 4 JCI's accreditation and reaccreditations.
