- Business and financial controller of the AXA foundations - Sparring partner as well as responsible specialist for the respective AXA foundation mandate for support and preparation of various reports incl. analyses and preparation of decision-making bases for the Boards of Trustees (clients) within the framework of 'financial management of the foundation. - Preparation of annual/multi-annual plans development calculations and impact analyses at foundation level

Point of contact for all controlling-related issues in the sector (Accident & Health Insurance). Responsibilities include, among other things: - supporting stakeholders in controlling issues, e.g. preparing ad hoc evaluations - further development of existing reports (Cockpit and Scorecards) as well as creating new reports - discussing KPIs at sector level - providing support with cost issues - tracking measures - reviewing targets - verifying aspects within business cases

- Preparation, analysis and comments of quarterly financial statements, projections and plans for the attention of management and the AXA Group. - Preparation of business analyses and decision bases as well as - Processing of financial enquiries, this in coordination with various stakeholder groups. - Coordination and collection of data for financial planning and tracking of target achievement. - Further and new development of analysis and planning tools.

- Ensuring cost transparency in the area of responsibility - Advising the division management on the entire controlling process and provide information for targeted decisions and actions - Identification of optimization and synergy potentials for the continuous improvement of the cost and performance situation - Support of ongoing in-house projects - Assuming a leading role in the further development of the financial management information system and the reporting

Perform Internal Audit assignments in accordance with international Auditing and AXA Group Standards. Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders from Management and their staff. Evaluate the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of internal controls and risk management processes and develop recommendations for improvement. International assignment in Belgium, 16th of April till 30th of June 2012.

Analysing the organization of structures and processes of disability insurance offices as well as regional medical services. Acquiring knowledge through analysis and interviews about the effects, efficiency, implementation quality and compliance of federal legal provisions. Examining and judging the compliance of minimum Federal Social Insurance requirements (included testing) and the reliability of the internal monitoring system.

Supporting the governing board and the company management by looking after their monitoring tasks. Carrying out technical and complex auditing work with plenty of opportunities for taking own initiatives and making independent judgements. Advising company and line management, assisting in the annual risk-oriented audit planning. Key Account Manager for the business communication support service.

Examining business events with regard to orderliness and effectiveness, regular or case-by-case monitoring of structures and processes, data protection, representing controllers, coordinating and accompanying external audits, carrying out external audits.
