Am Satyavan Sharma presently associated with JREW Engineering limited as a Quality Manager I have total 11 Year experience in Assembly line & Heavy fabrication welding or Machining components. Responsible for the handling Quality team and make sure that manufacturing process met the customer requirements Handling Line complaint & Customer Complaints. Improve the Quality help of using Quality tools and reducing the rate of rejection and rework, involvement in the New Products Development for preparing related documents. Ensure departmental performance set against goals. Attend daily meeting with Operation team to review quality issues and follow up for closure of quality problems. Report discuss out with management of deviations ,non-conformances & changes that could impact on the products & process. Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements
