Empathy strategic Design
Lead and support user-centered projects through a combination of ethnographic, anthropological, future thinking and design research techniques to obtain actionable and tangible design insights. I then use these insights to create customer journeys and service blueprints that reflect the proposed design experience.
At Team International, I was responsible for analyzing the experience of digital products across multiple sectors such as oil & gas, healthcare and beauty & wellness. My role also included designing and evaluating prototypes (low and medium fidelity), conducting user interviews, and creating UX knowledge workshops for product owners. Additionally, I worked with Scrum methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of products. My work helped to ensure the successful development of digital products.
