As a Senior Incident Analyst, I am responsible for: - The Level 2 and relevant Level 3 management, support and development functions according to ITIL (Incident/Problem/Change) principles for assigned applications. - Providing enhancements to existing applications by analyzing the functionality and discovering bugs along with setting-up new interfaces in mainframe environment. - Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve application and system problems.

As a UAT Test Lead and coordinator, I am responsible for: - Preparation of Test Plan according to the requirements. - Allocation and monitoring of resources. - Perform Functional and Regression Testing. - Generating QTP scripts for automated testing. - Attend DU Presentation Meeting/Calls. - Test plan preparation. - Produce Test Scenarios document. - Produce UCT Execution report. - Ensuring defect free delivery. - Representing UCT Team in progress calls with clients.

During this time span, I was on Project and organization trainings to incorporate technologies such as C++, UNIX, SQL, PLSQL, HTML, CSS, COBOL and JCL. Designed and Developed small scale models for project enhancements. Also was part of a Testing team.
