Responsible of P&L as being Plant Manager of Distribution Transformer Factory with more than 100 m€ annual turnover and 400 employees, reporting to EMEA Divisional General Manager. Re-structuring of the organisation. Optimisation of product mix for better profitability. Reduction of overhead costs. Material cost reduction by comprehensive Sourcing activities. Inventory level is maintained by smooth Supply Chain Processes. Turnover and EBIT objectives are exceeded every month.

Manager of all operational departments of Distribution Transformer Factory including Production, Logistics, Purchasing, Sourcing, Design, Customer Service (Contract Management & Tendering), and Quality: All-time historical record in both Financial and Operational results by end of FY09 (March 2009): EBIT is doubled, turnover is increased by 20%, Capital Employed is reduced. Organisational development in whole Supply Chain of the company which was formerly family-owned and needs deep changes.

Coordination of Strategic Plan of Distribution Transformers PL with around 300 m€ annual turnover and 2000 employees in factories located in 5 countries: France, Poland, Turkey, India, Indonesia, reporting to the VP: Profitable Growth (investments, building of new factories, activity transfers), Portfolio Optimisation (re-design to cost, implementation of new product line), Process Efficiency (process and quality improvements, cost reduction), Sourcing

Identify needs, propose, lead and follow-up Continuous Improvement action portfolio of Distribution Transformers factory with 90 m€ annual turnover and 300 employees, in order to reach objectives in terms of Cost, Quality, and Delivery results, reporting directly to Managing Director: Secured Operating Income Savings each year as 2,5% of yearly Sales amount by Six-sigma and Lean actions, re-engineering actions to design new processes, Sourcing, and product design Improvements.

Deployment of Quality Focus project which was defined by Alstom as the official systematic Continuous Improvement methodology. Identification of machine and equipment needs, evaluation of best alternatives and implementation in production. Coordination of actions to adapt company’s Quality Management System to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 principles.
