As the Group Technical Director, I oversee and lead technical initiatives across four BUs, specializing in the production of soft drinks, bottled water, rigid packaging and CO2. My role encompasses providing strategic technical direction, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and nurturing talent within the organization. Driving technical excellence and operational efficiency while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards across the beverage and packaging portfolio.

Responsible for the overall strategy development, and execution of group production for Digital Transformation Devices. Building and leading all aspects of the manufacturing organization, including product engineering, production planning, supply chain management. I own the design of the new projects and processes that will make the worlds’ most advanced and sustainable Fintech equipment.

Security Systems and Door Locks - KSA Operational Ownership of the Eastern Manufacturing Hub with responsibility of Over SAR 400 MM and Leadership of 140 Employees. Led rapid Organizational changes in the Rigid packaging plant serving biggest dairy and juice customers in Gulf. Developed Win-Win approach for both Customers and feeding industries Implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve overall operations efficiency.

Managing 400+ Direct and Indirect reports in areas including Production, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to lead turnaround improvement overseeing cross-functional operations and teams towards Optimized manufacturing functions and lowered manufacturing overheads.

Directs and manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, Maintenance, quality and other production-related activities for Two Serioplast Plants in Egypt. Drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes. Oversee all daily operations of the plants from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed while providing senior leadership in managing all P&L aspects.

Leading the safe, cost effective manufacturing operations of Bakery Lines while maintaining quality and service standards that meet or exceed customers’ expectations. This includes receiving, inventory accuracy, schedule execution, shipping, employee training, and the fair/consistent application of Edita’s policies and procedures. Adherence to Edita’s Safety, Health, and Environmental standards and ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards are maintained as a top priority.

Leading a Team of Category Managers, Process Engineer and Shift Leaders; Responsible for ensuring that production requirements are met, appropriate staffing levels are maintained, employee relations are positive, and a safe/clean work environment is maintained. With a heavy presence on the production floor, provides process engineering support with capital equipment and production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and consistency of new and existing equipment.

Provide technical support to the Production, Quality, Supply, Marketing and Sales Teams. This involves concept generation of plant lay out and assembly operations, evaluation of local parts and process materials, solving quality problems, leadership for projects and programs in a cross–functional environment within Body Shop area.

This specialized program equipped me with advanced skills in logistics, procurement, and supply chain optimization, prepared me to lead in a dynamic and interconnected world of commerce.
