As Product Manager for the Transaction Stream within aCRM application I manage Run the Bank changes on the application and act as expert for trading related projects. Furthermore, I am responsible for the international and external versions of the CRM application.

As BPL for testing and training of release 2 of the OFIP (Optimized Financial Instruments Processing) program I manage and coordinate business testing and track its progress. Furthermore, I produce and plan communication and training material for the release in November 2012. The program OFIP aims to replace a client trading application that is end of life cycle.

In this role I was responsible to coordinate the Investment Suitability Project in Private Banking APAC. The project aimed to meet regulatory requirements and improve our sales process. It involved IT and other internal partners.

In my role as assistant in the UHNWI-area my main responsibility was supporting the Relationship Manager and acting as deputy in his absence. This involved in my specific case building up new client relationships, administrative work and trading activities (especially forex). There was constant client contact, often by phone and e-mail and also personally. Additionally, I was responsible for the trainees and I also supported the team head in controlling activities from April 2006 until August 2010.
