Eventually, transitioned to a global role within Cloud Services organization, acting as a design authority and subject matter expert for Verizon Cloud products and services.

Hired as a Test Manager initially, gradually transitioned to a Software Engineer role, eventually getting more and more involved into architecture, deployment and configuration management decisions. Have been also hired as an external Consultant at later times.

Facing growing business demands and performance shortcomings, I've completely redesigned and rebuilt both the infrastructure, front-end, J2EE application and car-search engine, effectively halving operational costs, while achieving <1s application response times and overall performance improvement. At the same time I’ve managed and mentored a team of developers and system engineers through the turbulent M&A times.

Being responsible for solution design and multi-platform software development, I’ve been involved in all SDLC phases and developed the following projects: B2B Trading Platform; Tele-Medicine Platform compliant with HIPAA, EDI, EHR and HL7 standards; LOINC-compliant Knowledge-Base for Hospitals and Pharmacy Institutions.

Hired among the first System Engineers by ISP Farlep – a young agile organization, which has grown in several years from an ambitious couple men start-up to a mature enterprise with a broad client base and a global presence in Ukraine. Over time my responsibilities changed from Technical Support and UNIX software development to System Administration and Customer Billing functions.
