Task: 3D modelling of the liver tumor and surgical instruments, investigation of the effect of electrode- angulation and electrode tip-placement on complete tumor ablation using COMSOL software and MATLAB programming, Developing a pre-operative plan for RFA procedure.

Project Title: Investigation of Development of Atherosclerosis using Coronary Computed Tomography angiography (CCTA). Task: Fabrication of heart phantoms, 2D and 3D image acquisition of the bifurcation phantoms using General x-ray and CCTA, Measurement of heart anatomical features using DICOM Viewer (2D) and 3D Slicer software.

Project Title: Design and Simulation of Electromagnetic Valves in Centrifugal Microfluidic Platforms (Lab Disk). Task: Design and simulation of an electromagnetic platform to enhance the performance of magnetic bead-based biosensors on the Lab Disks, Involved in controlling fluidic flow in microchambers of the LabDisk by employing active electromagnetic valves, Designing of Microfluidic CD (Using AutoCAD), Fabrication of Microfluidic CD.

Task: Responsibilities in the installation of Closed-circuit television (CCTV) for Keshavarzi Bank of Iran’s national network (Using Visio), Duties of physical network topologies.
