As Head of Research for HJ Human Capital Group I work closely with consultants within all vertical markets. I support the teams with detailed Research and Talent Mapping as well as providing Market Intelligence. I have supported on a number of executive hires and have been responsible for mapping board level candidates in many leading packaging, Ingredient and FMCG companies. With an eye for detail and tenacity allows me to access all levels of an organisation to ascertain the information required.
