Leading the iTero clinical trainer team EMEA with full responsibility for staff and budget. My team provide virtual clinical training and support with regards to the iTero element scanner and CAD/CAM services while maintaining and developing customer loyalty through clinical and educational customer needs assessment, product and procedural training as well as the required customer follow up. We support and lead professional education initiatives around digital workflows and other functionalities.

Interim management of iTero sales and commercial activities in DACH incl. full P&L responsibility. Finished Q1/Q2 38% above AOP.

Lead of the clinical advisor team DACH, responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers which includes interaction and communication with orthodontists and general dentists related to case specific questions and ClinCheck digital treatment planning. Other duties included execution of Study Clubs, investigation and analysis of ClinCheck-related customer inquiries, complaints and adverse events. Support clinical speakers in content creation and presentation material.

This was an international client-focused role. My team and me matched clients in Austria and Central Eastern Europe to suitable technologies regarding Dentsply, Friadent and DeguDent products, specialized in CAD/CAM, Implantology and porcelain products, customer care as well as administration and marketing duties.

2005 and 2006 Key Account Manger at Dentsply Asia, HongKong, I used to match clients globally to suitable technologies with regards to CAD/CAM and porcelain products, customer care as well as administration and marketing duties. I´ve worked highly flexible with frequent international business traveling cause of lectures and clinical training activities.
