Project / Development Management role responsible for co-ordinating the preparation of design and planning documentation for five plots of land within the Dubai Waterfront project comprising approximately 1,100 apartments with a total construction area in the order of 4 million sq. ft. Analysis of full financial feasibility cost options utilising Estate Master software in conjunction with the preparation of a Strategic Business Plan for corporate decision making purposes.

Responsible for managing all construction activities for large-scale property development projects with budgets ranging in value from $10 to $90 million NZD. Responsible for the masterplanning and concept development of residential subdivisions utilising environmentally sustainable practices. Undertaking financial feasibility analysis of any new developments. Co-ordinating the overall design process with consultants for all the above developments.
