    Master's Thesis

    Defectivity study for EUV lithography. Worked with Defectivity on EUV based process: analyse defects, frequency of occurrence, exploring recipes for better detection and realizing processes that reduce the frequency of these defects using Optical and SEM based metrology. Successfully managed to establish a method to distinguish between process-induced and stochastic defects in EUV lithography.

    Investigation of process flow for Organic Thin Film Transistors. My work involved dealing with various process flows for Top Gold Contact architecture, optimize them and analyze and discuss the results. I gained experience of deposition tools, etching tools and analysis tools in the process.
