Collection of Battery cooling bench-marking & designed preliminary concepts for better performance Demonstrated 1-D range calculation of a complete electric vehicle.

CAD Designing for Engine peripheral components like radiator and condenser mountings, pipes, hoses, muffler pipes, air filter brackets etc. Design & development for ALCO & HHP APU’s for diesel locomotives Conducting testing & performance trials of vibrations & noise for proto demonstration

Engine packaging like Radiator supports, Engine mounts, Hoses etc. Resolving Assembly line issues and closing the ORC & DFS points with Suppliers Creating all part nos. in PDM (Product data management), TEAMCENTRE, BoM creation & SAP Performing system layout, system design for Engine cooling and exhaust system in Uni-graphics.
