Being an expert in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial engineering, Operation excellence I started my new role in ABB with a lot of challenges of new product and factory setting up activity. Once again I have successfully tested myself in Greenfield factory setting up, assembly line setting up, technology transfer of 145,245,420 kV Gas insulated switch gear (GIS) from ABB Switzerland, China, Germany to manufacturing of the same.

I was looking after 6.6 kV to 33 kV medium voltage switch gear production with all industrial engineering scope. I achieved a production of 0 to 50+ switch gear assembly in a month with fixed resources by eliminating process waste and variation by six sigma methodologies. I also hold a proud experience of green field factory set up and assembly line set up for the same factory.
