In the function as "Senior Manager QMS" I maintain and develop the quality management system of the company group: In addition to processes, I pay special attention to the implementation of training resulting from the areas of Q&RA&EHS, audits and communication into the company for the area of Q&RA&EHS. This also includes activities for the implementation of quality objectives, activities for the measurement and analysis of products and processes, projects for the improvement of the quality system and more.

The function of the Field Service Operations Manager CEE is to run the service operation having responsibility for service revenue, instrument installation targets as per business plan and ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout any interaction with local operation. This includes managing of a service team and the necessary administration of this.
