Even though I started here with Laptop support, I quickly moved up the ranks to be promoted to support enterprise servers, storage, and network products of Dell enterprise. Despite the huge demand for technical skills, I was able to apply strong motivation and willpower to upskill myself and give my best.

Roles and responsibilities: 1. Solving laptop-related issues for American customers. 2. Be updated and provide valuable technical insights and tips to give a great support experience. 3. Resolve technical issues within or exceeding expected organizational expectations. 4. Troubleshooting Hardware, Software, and Networking related issues with the Laptop. Achievements : 1. Maintained the first call resolution at 90% 2. Mastered assembling and disassembling HP notebooks within the first month of training.
