Identification of the best candidates for large IT clients e.g. Microsoft, Symantec (for technical/sales/business development/financial etc. roles across EMEA region) through direct search, internet search, external and internal database searches, and networking as well as through job advertising - Qualifying and interviewing the candidates for the positions of different level and type (e.g. senior lead positions, mid-managerial as well as specialists) - Managing candidates throughout process logistics
