Responsible for the liner service of breakbulk cargo from Continent to East Mediterranean/North African ports and Turkish ports Visiting the main clients in Continent (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium). Expansion of our client’s portfolio and new destinations Responsible for the commercial section of the Liner department (representing the Company in Greece and abroad)

Switchboard, administration to the CEO, organizing events, issue charter parties, incoming and outgoing correspondence, Receiving, assessing, filing around 4000 incoming and outgoing emails daily

Receive and distribute incoming phone calls from insured clients, follow up with all their complaints and requests, guide them in order to use correctly their contracts, answer all information questions

Provide customer service to all administration, teachers, support staff, parents and students.

Operate a cash register and receive cash or cash equivalent as payment for goods sold or service provided

• Recording and organizing loan information • Handling customer queries • Preparing the monthly balance sheets of checking account customers • Ensuring the smooth running of basic banking transactions.
