- My job consists of two parts: 80% towards achieving commercial targets and 20% of administrative tasks such as payroll, completing social documents and monitoring of each temporary worker - I’m responsible for the recruitment and selection of suitable candidates through various inflow channels such as searching on job sites and/ or contacts with schools, attendance at job fairs - Through telephone prospection and on-the-field job scouting, I succeed in conducting selection interviews for candidates
