 Responsible for managing European and Global transportation supplier relationships for Flextronics, leading strategic sourcing and selection processes, developing the strategies, processes and tools relating to strategic sourcing events.  Global team membership in order to leverage best terms, service, and cost for Flextronics.  Implementing programs for supplier selection, supplier performance management and supply base optimisation.

* monitoring of the market of logistic services (conducting of tenders/RFQs for logistics services, providers’ evaluation and handling of negotiations); • making reports/preparing presentations for company global management: savings plan, logistics costs, maturity improvement plan, transportation forecast, KPIs, analyzing of performance reports of service providers and constant check of OTD, profitability analysis and Corrective Actions Plan preparation etc.;

• Organisation of the effective negotiations with business partners; • Dealing with subcontractors and negotiating with vendors to meet business needs; • Facilitation of the procurement and delivery of goods and services; • Familiar with the basic plant’s hand over processes, work and State committee approvals, running the new plant into operation (preparing all supporting documentation)

• Tendering freight and selecting LSPs; • Supplier management programs optimizing cost; • Procurement / Materials Systems & Business Intelligence; • Communication with vendors to implement proper service modes and service levels • Preparing the documents for customs clearance;

Conducting lectures on conversational English, practical and theoretical grammar and phonetics, English literature to 1st and 3rd year students; • Psychological talks with students and their parents, coaching; • Organization of meetings, interpreting and support of foreign groups of guests; • Searching, analyzing and implementing latest and up-to-date educational methods and materials from the net and pedagogical forums;
