Task: Prepare merger with 4 sister companies and growth from 8000 to 13000 staff Quality Director => Customer satisfaction from 63 to 91% within 1 year => VDA 6.3 result from 84 to 92% Senior Consultant to the Board / Senior Project Manager => Staff fluctuation from 37 to 22% p.a. => Benchmarked and standardized processes in 27 operational locations Senior Developer & Manager Logistics Training Center => Staff knowledge from 47 to 86% => Forklift accidents from 2.91 to 0.19/1000 hrs.
