Led passenger service unit and oxygen execution team in product design, qualification and production launch of Boeing 787, Airbus A350, Embraer and other aviation programs. Managed 50 direct and 20 indirect labor employees at new plant startup site, as well as 9 program managers at 3 global locations. Executive management member of $200M LSS division supplying commercial, general aviation and military customers at sites in Everett, WA, Lenexa, KS and Luebeck, Germany.

Leader of multinational team of 40 product engineers and 8 program managers and executed plant launch of the Mercedes M, R and GL class interior commodities (seats, doors, overhead systems). Executed site profitability turnaround and delivered 22% quality improvements. Awarded corporate Chairman’s award for role in N. America change profitability turnaround program, including revamping supply chain locations from EU, implementing lean in parent plant and reducing cost basis across business by 17%.
